“Craig C. Foreback earned his PhD in analytical chemistry from the University of South Florida. After graduation he joined the medical staff at Henry Ford Hospital, Detroit, MI, serving as director of clinical chemistry. Moving to Wisconsin, he was appointed senior lecturer in the clinical laboratory science program at the University of Wisconsin. During his time at the university, he served as a mentor for laboratories in rural Wisconsin hospitals, and consulted for a major pharmaceutical company.
Foreback retired from the University of Wisconsin in 2012 and was granted emeritus status. Currently living in Bradenton, FL, he is an adjunct faculty member in the natural science department of the State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, and is also teaching high school-level biology for a home-school coop in Sarasota. Foreback has published numerous peer-reviewed articles in the clinical chemistry literature, and currently serves as a member of the editorial advisory board of Clinical Lab Products.”
